We spent our Xmas at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming to us during our stay. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed having access to a pool, which was not overcrowded. the location is great to explore the nearby towns, scenic landscapes and countryside.

The noise level in common areas was sometimes a bit too high, even during quiet hours. The play area for children was quite dusty and not well-maintained, which made it less inviting.

In this location by nature, I enjoyed the stunning views of Tuscany. The hotel facilities were excellent and pristine clean. I had no trouble parking and it was very easy to get transportation to explore the surrounding areas. There were many options for food shopping and I had delicious breakfasts every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
